   4. Disclosure is permitted under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other laws or regulations.
5. ITO will take appropriate security measures and endeavor to ensure safety to prevent the loss, leakage, falsification, unauthorized access, etc. of personal information. In addition, ITO will continuously review its handling of personal information, including this policy, and make changes, corrections, and additions whenever appropriate. If ITO alters this policy and its handling of personal information, such action will be announced on this page.
